Help Desk

  • The OIT Help Desk is your go-to resource for campus technology questions. They assist applicants, students, staff, and faculty with a wide variety of account and technology related issues. Walk-in support is available at all of the General Access Computer Labs.

General Access Computer Labs

  • The General Access Computer Labs are available for use to all currently enrolled UT Dallas students. Located in the Founders and McDermott buildings, each lab provides both Mac and Windows PCs with a wide array of productivity software installed. Each lab offers print services as well as document/photo scanners. Check out the Labs homepage for more details.

Desktop Technical Support

  • ACS Techs provide desktop hardware and software technical support for UT Dallas executive administration office and other campus groups lacking their own dedicated support staff. Check with your department administrative assistant to find out who your tech group is.

Unified Communications Support

  • UCS is bilateral communications support for campus telephone and voice mail/email services in conjunction with Networking and Telecommunications Services. ACS/UCS provides support for phones and phone services, while NTS supports the video, voice, and data infrastructure.
